I recently sold my 72-year old home in Linthicum Heights, retaining Jon Croco as my real estate agent. Jon was observant of every document received from the buyers’ agent. The document submitted requiring ‘fixes’ contained multiple improvements, which obviously would have cost me money I didn’t need to spend. Jon assisted in contracting reputable companies to aid in legitimate required fixes. The contractors used were extremely knowledgeable and were able to point out, on multiple issues, the requested fix didn’t apply to a home of this age, and actually detail the reason why. Jon is a sharp and attentive individual, with a keen eye for detail. He was always available, even if only to calm my fears. He is a top-notch real estate agent. I intend to use Jon again for future real estate transactions and recommend him highly.

Jon was great through the entire process. I was flying blind in the beginning and he explained how everything would work and we immediately started looking at a home I fell in love with; which we had a roller coaster of ups and downs with.
